All Saintt Sinners pieces are made-to-order in Brooklyn, New York. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before your item ships. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS or UPS. Transit times typically range from 2–5 business days after production.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
We do not currently offer expedited or same-day shipping due to the custom nature of our products.

We hope you love your Saintt Sinners knitwear. Each piece is custom-made with care, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
